Jesse & The Flying Dutchmen

Jesse & The Flying Dutchmen is a Hip Hop band from Breda, The Netherlands. Jesse teamed up with The Flying Dutchmen band in 2021, when the pandemic of the corona virus spread around the world. While not being able to perform, they decided to switch things up and translate Jesse’s digital beats into live music played by Instruments. While still maintaining that raw Hip Hop feeling in the music. Heavy bass, Trap, Boom Bap, Jungle and Drum & Bass Rythms combined with Deep melodic piano, keyboard and guitar sounds. They have been performing alternative live versions of his music for different crowds across The Netherlands and even Germany. Jesse himself was named after the once famous wild west bandit ‘Jesse James’. Besides carrying his name, you could say that the legacy of fighting for equality, privacy and freedom gets carried along as these are the main themes in Jesse’s music. The blend of being a Beachboy, white trash and trapper shows in his looks while the modern-day pirate rocks the mic on stage. His melodic sounds drags the listener into a wild hurricane called the story of ‘the buccaneer’, only to blow them back out with his energetic 808 filled bangers. 

Jesse uses both his native dutch language as the english language in his songs but has planned to only release english tracks starting from 2025.

 Jesse’s musical inspiration comes from  Tory Lanez, Travis Scott, Phil Collins, Red Hot Chili Peppers, 50 Cent, Eminem, A$AP Rocky, Future, Post Malone and Yung Pinch.
