Since the rise of YouTube, online video-tutorials have been a great new way for people to learn new things outside of the regular education programs. Online video-tutorials show you how to do or achieve something in a step by step program. Besides tutorials, webinars are a great way to spread theoretical information across a wider audience than just the classroom. And after the covid-19 pandemic ‘live’ webinars have become a new standard for education. Online masterclass-courses also have been a great way for people to educate themselves and turn themselves into professionals, all while watching videos from home. And this is important because education isn’t as evident as it might seem. Across the world people still struggle to find proper schooling for different reasons. For example, people with transportation issues because of fysical health issues are often not able to follow the education they want. And mental health issues are a great cause for people not being able to go to school. Think of autism, social pressure, and many more.

And so, the internet has provided this great new way to reach these people and others over a large distance in a relative easy way. However it can be quite difficult to set up these new methods for teaching. With online content, lots of new issues arrive. For example, nothing is more annoying than trying to follow an online lecture with bad or stuttering audio. And how do you deal with student during a livestream, or videocall?
